About the Programme

GRC has been a registered consulting partner within the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development's (EBRD) Small Business Support Programme since 2020. This allows us to offer our clients significant financial advantages when engaging our services.
The EBRD helps small and medium-sized enterprises grow, succeed, and become real catalysts for local economies — connecting SMEs with local consultants. Within any project GRC undertakes with its clients, approximately 50% of the total service fee can be covered by the EBRD's Small Business Support Programme, provided both the beneficiary company and the scope of the consulting project meet EBRD eligibility criteria.

SMEs benefiting from GRC's EBRD-backed projects must meet the following criteria to qualify for local consulting services:
- Number of employees: between 15 and 250
- Annual turnover below €50 million or balance sheet below €43 million
- The company must be privately owned and locally registered
- Minimum 2 years of active operations
- Must operate in a sector where EBRD is active (excluding banking, financial services, and insurance). Some restrictions apply to prohibited sectors such as tobacco, gambling, wildlife trade, and pesticide/herbicide trade.
The programme's operations in Azerbaijan are funded by the EBRD Small Business Impact Fund (Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, USA, Chinese Taipei), the European Union, the Turkey–EBRD Technical Cooperation Fund, and the Swedish Government.
